For 30 Years, The City of San Francisco Waged A Drug War On Black San Franciscans For The Possession Of Crack Cocaine And Marijuana. Black Communities, Such As Bay View Hunters Point, The Fillmore, Western Addition, The Mission, And the Tenderloin Suffered.
Data Sets Will Show A Significant Difference In Arrest Rates When It Came To Crack Cocaine And Marijuana, As Opposed To Non-Arrest For Opiate Addicts. The Racism Of This Drug War Was So Apparent That A US District Court Had To Intervene. This Law Enforcement Occupation Led To The Imprisonment Of Thousands Of Black San Franciscans.
Thousands Of Black San Franciscans Became Convicted Felons For Just The Possession Of Crack Cocaine And Marijuana And Were Severed From Society. Children Were Taken From Parents. Folk Could Not Find Jobs Or Housing After Becoming Convicted Felons.
The San Francisco County Jail System And The State Prison System Received Millions Of Tax Payer Dollars From The City Of San Franciscans To Imprison Black Folk For The Possession Of Crack Cocaine And Marijuana.
Although The Use of Crack Cocaine Among White San Franciscans Was Significant, Arrest And Prosecution Rarely Occurred. Although There Was A Similar Street Corner Drug Market For Heroin And Opiate Pills, There Were Very Few Drug Arrests And Prosecutions For The Possession Of Heroin And Other Opiates.

There Was More Than One Or Two Evening News Cast About The Availability Of Heroin And Pills On Golden Gate Ave In The Tenderloin. From 2003 To 2018, There Were, 7,564 Arrests For Heroin Possession; However, There Were 21,794 Arrests For The Possession Of Crack Cocaine During The Same Time. A Difference Of 14,230 Arrests. This Is Some Shameful Shit.
Actually, This Is Not The First Time The City Of San Francisco Has Waged A Drug War Against SF Folk. In 1875, The City Of San Francisco Declared A Drug War On Chinese Folk Because Of The Drug Opium. This Is Nothing New! However, This Recent Drug War On The SF Black Community Because Of The Possession Of Crack Cocaine And Marijuana Was So Goddamn Visible When It Came To Arresting, Prosecution, And Incarceration.

SFPD Drug Jump Out Squads And Peachy And Fisher Were Arresting Black Folk On Turk & Taylor For Possession Was A Daily Occurrence. Thousands And Thousands Of Black San Franciscans Were Forced Into Strict Court Mandated Drug Rehabilitation. Many Black Folks Were Sent To California State Prisons For Just The Possession Of Crack Cocaine Because They Could Not Complete These Socially Engineered Mandated Rehabilitation Programs.
Drug Rehabilitation Has Abysmal Success Rates. Thus, Many Black Folks Went To California State Prisons For Possession Of Crack Cocaine Because They Could Not Complete These Socially Engineered Mandated Rehabilitation Programs. Some Socially Engineered Tuskegee Type Shit.
To Make Matters Worse, At The Height Of The Crack Epidemic In San Francisco, There Was Passage Of Crime Bills With Mandatory Minimums For Crack Cocaine That Were So Strict That They Severed Black Communities From Main Stream America With Mass Incarceration.

While All This Was Going On, Racism In The San Francisco Police Department Escalated Significantly. Tenderloin Drug Sweeps Populously Ensnarled Black Street Corner Dealers While Ignoring White, Latino, And Asian Street Corner Dealers. The Racism Practiced By The San Francisco Police Department During This 30-Year Drug War Was So Pervasive That The United States Federal Court Had To Intervene.
In Cross Vs. The City Of San Francisco: The Honorable U.S. District Judge Edward Chen Ruled That There Was Significant Racism When It Came To Drug Arrest In San Francisco During Its Drug War. Judge Chen Said” The Evidence Shows There Are Substantial Numbers Of Drug Dealers In The Tenderloin Who Are Not African American, Yet They Were Not Stopped Or Arrested.” U.S. District Judge Edward Chen Also Noted That SFPD Police Department Data Showed The Locations Of Latino Drug Dealers In The Tenderloin, But Made Very Few Arrests.
U.S. District Judge Edward Chen Also Said” There Is Substantial Evidence Of Racially Selective Enforcement By The San Francisco Police Department” And Its Partners In The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.”

Now That White Folks Are Opiate Dope Fiends, The City Of San Francisco Wants To Be All-Forgiving And Stop Drug Arrests. The City Of SF Wants To Open Centers Where Dope Fiends Can Inject Opiates And Meth Legally. Will Folk Be Able To Smoke Crack At These Injection Sites? Hell No!
The Disease Of Addiction Is “Cunning And Baffling”; Addiction Is A Pure Product Of Manipulation. Addiction Has Tricked SF City Officials Into Codependency, Thus Spreading The Disease Of Opiate Addiction By Allowing Its Legality. You See The Blight Of Addiction All Over The Tenderloin And Civic Center In The Form Of Discarded Needles And Trash. You See Hop Heads Nodding Into The Arms Of Morpheus In The Noon Day Sun. A Civil Society Can Never Allow The Legality Of Disease.
During The Crack Epidemic, Extreme Law Enforcement Did Not Let The Disease Of Addiction Get A Serious Hold On The Addict’s Quality Of Life. Crack Smokers Had To Hide In Doorways And Alleys To Get High. They Did Not Smoke Crack In The Middle Of Market Street Or On MUNI. You Did Not See Discarded Crack Pipes On The Streets Of San Francisco. Crack Addicts Were Incarcerated In County Jails And State Prisons And Forced Rehab.

Once Again, The Crack Epidemic Was About Incarceration, So a lot Of Addicts Were Taken Off The Streets, And The Blight That Is Associated With Addiction Was Not Visible. Also, There Was Fewer Physiological Dysfunction Associated With Crack Aion: Very Few Overdose Deaths, No Staph Infections, And Miminal Aids Transmission. Hey! If Unchecked, San Francisco’s Opiate Epidemic Will Have Serious Disease Implications. Addictions Are Filthy Diseases, And When Left Untreated, Become Severe Diabetes, Hypertension, Staphylococcus, Hep C, And Other Diseases That Will Astronomically Balloon SF Health Care Costs.
This Current San Francisco Opiate Epidemic And It’s Racially Institutional Data That Lies About Black Folk Being The Majority Of Overdose Deaths Are A Muthafuckin Lie Because Data Is Based Upon An Actual Small Amount Of Deaths That Ballon To 400% When Adjusted For For Total Black SF Population. This Is The Same Type Of Institutionally Per Capita Racist Data That Explodes Myths Like There Are More Black Folk On Welfare Than White Folk When We Know That Not To Be True.
Also, The Pharmaceutical Fentanyl Is Purley A Product Of Economics That Started In Red State America With The Science Of Pharmacology After The Civil War. This Fentanyl Is Routed To American Cities Using The South American Routes That The Iran Contra OP Used To Smugle Crack Cocaine Into American Inner Cities. This Is No Different Than The Forced Opium Addiction The British Forced On The Han. This Shit Is All Relevant. Just A Bit Of History Repeating.
